Hello everyone,

I have been looking for local Real estate meetups in the Charlotte area but I haven't been able to find any around. I am looking to network with local investors. I can lend a hand by running comps, skip-tracing property owners, helping locate possible deals. I am willing to do lend a hand in exchange only of someone letting me shadow him/her to learn the game, so no, I'm not asking for money as of right now :D. Feel free to contact me if you need an extra hand. I'm also open to networking with newbie investors like me and see what outcome comes from that. Good luck to everyone and happy holidays!
