Newbie investor wanting to network (Charlotte and surroundings)

Hello everyone,

I have been looking for local Real estate meetups in the Charlotte area but I haven't been able to find any around. I am looking to network with local investors. I can lend a hand by running comps, skip-tracing property owners, helping locate possible deals. I am willing to do lend a hand in exchange only of someone letting me shadow him/her to learn the game, so no, I'm not asking for money as of right now :D.
