Hello everyone, I am a new investor who has grown up and currently lives in North Charlotte. I have a background in finance and retirement planning, and have quickly realized the importance of real estate investing in one’s portfolio. I have spent the last six months studying and learning more about house hacking; something I see as a gateway towards generational wealth. I see myself in Charlotte for the next few years and have become increasingly interested in multi-family investing.  

As I accumulate capital and build my acumen, I hope to build a strong network of individuals with experience in the greater Charlotte area. I would love to hear about your experience in the area!  What types of properties have you found to be most successful? Least successful? I love the area and the neighboring communities; have you found any areas that you like more than others?
