Brooklyn/ Bronx/ Philly/NJ
Hi
I’m fairly new to bigger pockets and I am eager to start investing into real estate. My interests are both buying and flipping, and obtaining rental properties. I’ve been doing my research and understand Brooklyn, if not most of NYC’s market, is now Untouchable. I am still open to a flip in NYC, as this is where I reside, but I have also been looking in Philly and NJ.
Any feedback from someone who has invested in the above locations would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps we can connect!
Thanks in advance.
