Combining 2 apartments

Hi All,

this is about Manhattan condos, so all brokers and agents in that area should know this. I am looking price statistics by square foot and by apartment type (Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 3 BR etc) for Manhattan, in other words

Price/ square foot for Studios

Price/square foot for 1BR

etc

by Manhattan area (UWS, UES, Midtown) etc

Background: I want to find out if combining 2 adjoining apartments in the same building could increase the price/sft for the combined unit vs their individual prices/sft
