Same price - small house, attached, mint, or large house TLC?
I found two 3/3 two families. Same neighborhood, same price. What's worth more? Space/ unattached, or newer boiler/ in great shape?
House 1:
- 3/3
- 2 King sized rooms, one tiny room
- decent shape
- not renovated since 1930
- needs new boiler/ removal of asbestos
- separate rooms
- massive living room
- lots of light
- unattached
- 1000 sq feet+ apartment
House 2
- 3/3
- 2 queen sized rooms, one small room
- recently renovated/ in amazing shape
- newer boiler
- attached
- 900 sq feet each apartment
