Real Estate Investment groups?

Hi I am new here. So far I love what I'm learning from all of you so thanks! I am wondering if there are any Real Estate Investment groups here. I was planning on going it alone as I have bought, renovated and sold my own NYC apartment for a nice (very nice) profit but I'm curious to know if there are any groups doing this together in the NYC area? I'm particularly interested in the areas in Brooklyn from Greenwood through Sunset Park out to Bay ridge. I live in the West Village and see that the same gentrification that happened here over the last 20 years is happening now out there and would love to profit from it. Thanks in advance, I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Jill Mintz. I'm a new investor currently in the Bayridge Area. I've seen a few potential good buys (or mediocre buys that with some finagling could be good investments) in Bayridge and Sunset. I've been very hesitant to pull the trigger on some as I'm new but if you'd like to talk or what not at some point let me know.
