Albuquerque or Rio Rancho Multifamily (Network in Areas)

Hello all. I am a fairly new investor that has properties in OH, FL, CA but I am looking to invest more locally and closer to home. I'm from Deming NM and I know that market in Albq. and Rio Rancho are worth investing in. 

I'm looking to network with Agents, Brokers and all the above. I am interested in these areas knowing that they have opportunity for growth and appreciation. There is a Netflix Studio and Amazon fulfillment centers, so I would love to get to know the market better.
