Old downtown area - opinions
I'm looking at a triplex for sale on Arno NE, near Martinez Town Park. There are some nice updates in progress and completed in the area done by the city. It seems like a nice neighborhood that will continue to improve. If I buy it, I'll be living here for at least a year, probably longer.
Does anyone know anything about the area or have any thoughts on what it will be like say 5 years from now? I find it interesting that Arno SE, on the north side of Lomas, is a kind of scary neighborhood with a totally different feel to it. I appreciate any responses!
