Hi guys,

Where do you think the prices of Jersey City waterfront condos are headed in the near-to-short-term future?

Specifically in the Waterfront area - 07310, 07302. Newport and Exchange Place.

We have 1050 sq ft 2 beds in Shore listed at $1-M.

Are they headed up, down, flat - with this pandemic, jobs, interest rates, current price points - etc.
