Looking for Someone to Handle Turnovers

Hi Everyone -- I own a few small residential buildings (2-3 families) in Bergen-Lafayette and McGinley Square areas in Jersey City. I manage the properties myself even though I don't live in the area. The day-to-day management works pretty well but my turnovers are not streamlined. I need someone that can paint, clean and take care of small repair jobs between tenants and show the apartment to prospective renters, quickly and on a cost efficient basis. If needed, I can list the apartments and screen tenants.  

Any recommendations?
