Hello BP Members,

My name is Chris Torres and I been studying real estate for quite some time I been looking into mutli- family and duplexes but not sure if having my first property in NJ is a good idea(Since people say it's very expensive here). However, I been looking into Turn Key Real Estate companies and I found one company actually two that are really good on reviews forums, podcast. I even called in and they answered all my questions. I do some homework before I called. Basically, what I'm saying is I want to start so I thought starting with a turn key real estate investing company and generating cash flow (buy and hold)would be a good idea. And, have the company do the heavy lifting as I grow and learn how to properly analyze property, loans, property management etc. What you guys think your comments and inputs are much appreciated.

Thanks, Chris
