Real estate investor in Newark
Hello all,
I am an investor in Newark nj. I currently own a duplex in Newark. I’m looking to expand my rental portfolio by utilizing the brrrr strategy. I plan on using a hard money lender and then cash out refinance after six months for 70% of the appraised value. Has anyone else done a deal like this and if so any pointers on do’s and don’ts would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Kip Samuels
