Wholesaling in North Jersey Suggestions and Tips

Hey bigger pockets community, I am reaching out because I been researching for a while and Im ready to go out and implement what I have learned and i am also interested in getting to know anyone in the North Jersey area who is currently active in real estate. I am a beginner looking to wholesale in the North Jersey area so that I build up my capital to start investing. I am looking for any recommendations on approaching this area for wholesaling and specifically what to do to be successful. Any advice about the area that may include any referrals for investors, realtors, wholesalers, and hard money lenders in the area would be very helpful. I greatly appreciate the advice and help in advance from anyone with experiences in this area.

Thanks
Gary
