You may need to clarify here. There are some agents who wholesale themselves but this is typically a grey area among agents/ wholesalers. If you search BP you will find thread after thread on the issue.
It sounds like you are looking for an agent to assist you with your wholesaling. If I am correct in my assumption, your never going to find what you looking for. They very act of wholesaling cuts out the need for an agent. You are assigning a contract, the right to purchase a property, directly from the seller to the buyer and therefore cutting out the agent. You are acting as the agent in this scenario. Wholesaling not only cuts the agent out financially but there are all sorts of ethical standards and obligations at risk here.
