COMPLETED South Florida FHA 203k Rehabs?

Has anyone in South Florida done either a traditional or streamlined FHA 203k renovation? If you have done this, would you be willing to share what 203k consultant and contractor you used and your experience with each, i.e. would you go with that lender, contractor, consultant, etc. again (or even do it again at all) when you are eligible to get your next 203k loan? Any tips others haven't already shared when considering doing a full traditional 203k?
