Lunchroom lady floor squares

The flooring in the average elementary school is Armstrong Vinyl Composition Title Flooring.  They are the colored squares.  They are cheap (.6sq ft) and the installation is easy,  they are glued and there is no grout.

 Has anyone ever used them?

I am looking at putting it in a rental property.
