Anyone building in Reno area?
Wondering about doing some ground up developments in Reno area, anyone have lenders (local banks would be best option I assume) and or GC's to recommend?
Anyone know what typical construction cost per square foot is for new builds with an exit of around ~200~300k in the area?
Thanks

@Matt Welch are you looking to build commercial or residential?
Right now most of the builders are in catch-up mode and building like crazy. Most of my subs and GC's are booked out 6 months to a year (one guy 2 years).
So, new construction is still viable since it is a Seller's market, but finding quality contractors may be a challenge.
