Las Vegas Duplex + ADU. Fire property. Full Remodel

Hello BP World. I just picked up a great little project in Las Vegas. It's a duplex with a garage that can be converted to an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) aka Casita. It's going to be a great project and am thinking about making a class about it. Anyway take a look (link to VIDEO) and let me know what you think?
