Seeking Property Management Referrals in Las Vegas
Fellow BP members, Im in the market for a local property management company for two rentals in Vegas due to a corporate relocation. Referrals from fellow investors are worth their weight in gold and so Im asking on here. These are both higher end rentals that have been recently renovated and our target customers would be military or corporate clients.
Expectations:
1. Charge no more than 8% PM fees no other fees
2. Conduct routine inspections at least twice a year
3. Coordinate all non-emergency repairs with my Project Management Company and our assigned handymen for execution
