Hello BP folks,

I recently finished reading "How to Invest in Real Estate" and have been on a BP podcast binge for the past couple months. My wife and I are thrilled to get started in REI.

Our goal is to invest in small-multi family and single family homes for a buy and hold investment strategy. Getting over the fear factor was the first step. Now, we’re looking forward to get our ducks in a row.

Welcome Rene and good luck in your journey.  If you are just starting out I would suggest a few facebook groups.  These groups have been a good source of information for me and are more active then the BP forums for the Omaha area.
