Need input for recommended areas in St Louis
My sister in law will be starting her residency at Wash U this summer.
She will be there for 3-5 years.
We want to buy a place but need to know the areas to stay away from as well as recommended areas.
Condo, Townhome, SFH, and 2-4 unit MF will be ok.
She will be working a lot, will have a vehicle, and close proximity to Wash U will be a plus but a safe, nice, and desirable area is important, even if it’s a bit further away.
Will also be looking for a Buyers Agent Realtor and a property Mgr if we buy a MF.
Any help is appreciated.
