Your advise on Selling a flip property

Hello everyone,

Can I please get your advise:

I have a property on the market for almost 60 days at Accomac St (63104), it is not selling.

Do you have any ideas how to sell ?

I took it off the market after one month to do additional repairs and now it is back, the property has staging.

Any ideas ?
