Hi Everyone,

My name is Hiram and I'm from New York City. My business partner and I are interested in investing in the St. Louis market and we are seeking counsel from a local lawyer. We would like to discuss the pros and cons of forming an LLP vs LLC and local financing. If anyone can help or refer us to a lawyer in St. Louis it would be appreciated!
