Soon-to-be STL Investor Introduction

Matthew Pikus

Posted

Hey guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I graduated from SLU in 2018 and am currently working as a banking analyst in the area. Goal is to own my first multi-family by the end of 2019. Been a BP listener/reader for a couple of years now and would love to connect with any of you local investors/realtors. I think the STL market is unique in that it's full of all these sub-markets (CWE, Soulard, etc...). Excited to see what the Midtown development spurs!

Welcome to BP @Matthew Pikus! I'm glad you are taking action on your investing journey. I would recommend you go to some of the real estate meetups around the area to connect with local investors. A couple of meetups run by @Megan Greathouse and @David Ounanian are good ones to start. Check it out in the events list.
