Water Shut-Offs St. Louis County

Hi Everyone!!

Looking to see if anyone has a good process in place to find recent water shut-offs in the St. Louis County area? I reached out to Missouri-American Water but apparently their records are not covered under the SunShine law. St. Charles county is fairly easy to get but I have struggled with St. Louis. My partner and I are looking to expend into STL from the DFW area.

Thanks in advance!!
