Banks & Real Estate Attorneys in St. Louis

Hello, St. Louis investors! I'm looking for a couple of recommendations, if anyone has thoughts to share. I'm doing some searching around online, but would love to hear from fellow real estate investors in the area as well...

1. I would like to open a separate checking and savings account for handling my rental property income and expenses. I use USAA for my personal finances, and would like a local bank for my rental finances. Anyone have good experiences with local banks? Perhaps a bank where I could have accounts and potentially also get future loans?

2. Anyone have a great real estate attorney they'd like to recommend?

Thanks in advance!
