Looking for a bank to support BRRR strategy

Hello,

I am looking for a (local) bank to support the BRRR strategy. My business partners and I purchased and rehabbed a rental using cash. We now want to refinance it and need a bank that accepts the fact that the title currently is in the name of the LLC. The banks we have spoken to so far want a single person on title. If we change the name on title the seasoning process starts over and we can only refi six months from now. Has anyone else encountered this challenge and can give me some good pointers or referrals? Thank you!
