Best place to invest in St. Louis, MO
It seems like there's a lot of money going into the forest park/midtown area. I've been reading a lot of articles about plans for the area. Here's one:

I'm considering buying a multi-family property around this area. Wanted to get other peoples thoughts on this. I have not bought an investment property yet. I initially started looking at just cash flow, but I also want to invest for appreciation if possible.
