Hello fellow Missouri BP members! I am purchasing a flip from a couple and they are looking for something owner financed in the Cape area. They are looking for a single level 3br house with garage. They should have a decent down payment after I purchase their home. If you have anything in a 30 mile radius of Cape or in Cape please let me know. Thanks!
