Investor-oriented listing agent in South County/Jefferson County?

Some relatives of mine have an inherited, somewhat complicated property to sell in Jefferson County (two houses on one lot that can't be divided easily). I would be interested in hearing of investor-oriented agents in South St. Louis County or Jefferson County who would know the best approach to this sale.
