New Investor in St. Louis Market

Hi all!

I am new to BP as well as the real estate investing world. I have another business that I can run from anywhere I choose. This is allowing me to dive into real estate investing full time. I am wanting to find some mentors in the industry.

In order to give back to the mentors, I am eager to help locate properties, help on renovations (I have general carpentry and mechanical skills), and help find buyers/tenants.

I live in Western St. Charles County, but I am more than happy to work all over the St. Louis Metro Area (preferably the Missouri side).

I look forward to hearing about others success!

@Alex Toler Wentzville!  Isn't that a hotbed of a General Motors plant?  What will the strong truck sales mean for housing prices?  Watch your market rents, see if they are rising.   This would indicate a shortage of rental housing.  Get busy and learn, your housing cycle may be changing.  You may be investing in your own neighborhood.
