Hello, I have a duplex, which I'd like to turn into a tri-plex and wanted to see if we had any KC code experts on this forum. I also have a vacant lot, in which I'd eventually like to build a duplex, and want to see if I am reading the code correctly. Let me know if you could help or any suggestions for me to hire for this consulting work. Thank you.
