How to deliver a notice to a renter...
In KC MO, what are the requirements for delivering a "Rent Raise Notice" (or any other notice for that matter)? Can I slide it under the door, tape it to their door, mail it regular mail, certified, registered mail?
Would prefer not to knock on the door and hand it to them if I don't absolutely have to.
Thanks!
