Kansas City Rehab Costs

Does anyone on here have a good idea of how to estimate full home rehab costs in Kansas City, MO these days?

I recently purchased a few single-family homes in the area and now I am looking to take on my first BRRRR. I know it is impossible to give accurate answers without the details of a specific property but I am just hoping for a ballpark estimate or price per square foot estimate. I'm hoping to get a 3br 2ba homes that are around 1,000 sf.

Any info you guys have about estimating rehab costs for this type of project, or other tips before my first BRRRR, would be greatly appreciated!

Still hard to say, depends on current condition and how nice you want to make.  Last one I did, all new flooring, paint everything inside and out, new appliances, paint the kitchen cabinets. new laminate kitchen counters  ~$20k  1500 sq ft house in B area.
