crew/GC needed for a 60 plex value add reno

We just bought a 60 plex and we are looking to embark on a semi-intensive value add plan. We are looking for experienced GC that can help us with the following:

1. Flooring

2. Painting

3. Plumbing (Washer/dryer)

4. Drywall

5. Minor electric


The units are currently livable which is why it is not a super heavy lift. Albeit we want to work with someone who is experienced at this. Would love if the community can chime in.
