Hi All, 

I own a 4-Plex in KC, Mo. and am in search for a property management company that is reliable, communicates well and can advocate on our behalf with our best interest in mind. 

Can anyone recommend outstanding PM companies that they've worked with in the KC, Mo. area? I'm looking to interview a few. Lastly, if there are any questions to ask based on terrible experiences (we ask the standard and dive deep but realize the tough questions don't come up until you experience something unfortunate).
