Hey all, I am looking at potentially getting into the Kansas City market for SFR investment properties. Any recommendations for a good property manager and/or a real estate agent to help with the property acquisitions?

Any recommendations are welcome since you guys all know your stuff!

Thanks

Richard

@Richard Olshove I am a GC, Realtor, and investor as well. I don't really help with acquisition beyond comping the property and establishing a renovation budget unless I have an equity stake in the deal, but I helped dozens of investors past. There are plenty of wholesalers out there to pick up deals. KC property group, Fidelis Properties, House Max, Peter Grunder

However, I would rarely trust an agent to find me a property, that's why I became an agent myself. They always inflate the sales price and under-budget the renovation budget. PM if you'd like to connect.
