Out-Of-State REI in Kansas City, MO

Good evening BP,

I am new to the site.  it looks like a lot of great people with great information.

That being said I am looking to invest in the Kansas City, MO market in 2018.  I would like to connect with some local realtors that would be interested in working with a motivated out-of-state investor.  I am looking to purchase cash, rent, cash out refi, with main goal being Cash Flow.  

So a local lender is also someone else I would like to connect with.
