Property Management in KC

Hello BP!

In talking to different Property Management firms in the KC metro area, I found the fee schedule for PM varied. What, in your opinion, is a fair cost structure for small multi families (2-4 units) do you find acceptable? On top of the normal rental income cut, what are acceptable fees PM charges in the area? (new renter turn fees, maintenance request fees, etc.)
