Your thoughts on the Maple Park neighborhood north of the river.

Looking for feedback and your thoughts on the Maple Park area north of the river, KC area PM companies and renting to tenants with local or state assistance.

I'm in town this week (10/30 - 11/1) looking at a house we offered on. I'm also looking at other properties in the northlands. I drove around the Maple Park neighborhood and they looks like decent, tidy, working-class houses. Your thoughts?

I'm also looking for recommendations on property managers and thoughts on renting to tenants with local or state assistance. Do property management companies have an issue with section 8 or other types of assistance? There is some good money to be made in that arena, but as an OOS investor I need to find a strong, reputable PM that can keep on top of the tenants and the system.

Also Looking for referrals for someone to put in Vinyl plank flooring, kitchen cabinets and counter-tops.

As always, thank you for the advice and guidance.
