Can anyone recommend a realtor in Kansas City, MO, who works with out of town investors?

I'm looking for someone who knows the neighborhoods and can help assemble a team for management, renovations, etc.

@Danielle S. my broker @Chris Dawson is a great guy to contact. He works hand and hand with a PM and GC.  He does a ton of work with out of state and out of country investors.  Additionally, he has his broker license in both KS and MO.  Good luck!
