Hello BP!

I am working to expand our lending business to the Rochester, Minnesota market (currently very active in the Twin Cities) and I am having a really difficult time finding appraisers - does anyone have an appraiser they can share? Even if they have just done an appraisal for you in the past, I need to find someone that returns phone calls.
