Looking: Handy Man or Property Management for duplex
Hi. I will probably moving out of state in the next month or so. I wonder what other investor do when they have rental here in Minnesota when they move. Looking for few option, idea as what to do when you not local.
Also Looking for few recommendation for handy man services that specially fixing variety things that can happen in rental.
Or any property management company that not big company and specialize in single and duplex.
