Loan Officer and Attorney Recommendations - Ann Arbor Mi

Hi everyone I'm hoping someone can give me a recommendation for an investment minded attorney and loan officer in the Ann Arbor area?  I'm trying to decide what to do with my single family house when my wife and I move and I want to use the property to get into investing.  I know I can rent it for 2+ times my mortgage but I also stand to make good profit if I sell, which is why I want to have a conversation with the right legal professionals to help make a good decision.  Any recommendations are much appreciated.
