Hello BP, I was just wondering, what are some clever ways to market as a Real Estate Agent/Investor in Michigan? I'm sorry I ask a lot of questions, but I'm just starting and I need all the help I can get.

Daniel Richardson Have you completed the Keller Williams training? While I am not associated with Keller Williams I would make it a point of being in the office as much as possible around other agents. My wife did this and kept offering to help agents with their open houses for free and she was able to build her book of business very quickly. I know you have asked alot of questions which is good. I would however say to master the basic skills before trying to go after some clever way to do things because anywhere you go the precursor is going to be experience. Even if the listings you are doing open houses for are not your listing it gets your brand out there that people see you selling houses and all it costs you is the gas to get the listing. Everytime you have a showing post it on Facebook so your sphere of influence knows you are serious, everytime somebody in the office asks you to do something do it fast. If you are making moves people won't care how old you are but I think you lose credibility by asking what the blueprint is to do well because its right in front of you.
