Hi EVERYONE!

If i wanna to get this tax lien, and there is this unpaid tax lien stated in the website.

Question 1 :Does it spells any trouble when there is unpaid tax lien from 2008 to 2012?

Question 2: what will be your criteria when selecting a tax lien?
