Wyoming tax sale experience
So, I went to the Teton Co tax sale last week. They ended up having 16 properties at the tax sale and 68 people showed up. I attended the tax sale by myself, so I had about a 25% chance to get one property. The odds were not in my favor and my number did not get called. It was an interesting experience that ended up being a great family vacation. The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone were awesome!
Wyoming is just about impossible for a tax sale investor. Most of the tax sales are in person and they randomly select numbers. Usually more people show up than there are properties so the most you will ever get is one if you get anything at all.
