Squatters in Hawaii - Can you move in with them?
I found an awesome condo in Hawaii. Seemed too good to be true. Now I’m worried that the tenants may be squatters. I was planning to make this my primary residence so don’t know any of the tenant laws in the state. Wondering if it’s legal to simply move in, once we get the keys?

LOL I've never heard of that tactic - simply move in before moving them out.
If you can get in, and have keys, even if you weren't the owner, technically, you would have as much right to stay as the other squatters. It would be fun to see what happens if squatters try to evict the owners out of a property!
I would imagine that could also be a very confrontational situation. Be careful.
