$5k Cash Flow/month: Reaping Rewards of Hard Work & Consistency

After switching from flipping in 2015 and 2016 to lease options in 2017, and after working diligently with a partner for over 4 years, we just started paying ourselves out of our cash flow from one of our businesses.

We delayed taking any of our cash flow until this month in order to reinvest it into our real estate businesses. Today I finally get to reap the rewards of our hard work and diligence.

I am grateful to my wife for her patience and support, my kids for their confidence and help at times, my business partner for his skills, knowledge, and abilities, and to my mentors, coaches, and other investors that I have met along the way (especially though BiggerPockets), and to my assistant who manages to keep everything together and moving forward. Thank you all!
