Alabama Tax Lien Redemption
I currently have a tax lien on a Jefferson County (Alabama) property and received a "verification of allowable expenses by tax sale purchaser" from the owner who is trying to redeem the tax lien. I do not have any expenses and will sign the form with a 30 day expiration of my signature. Who do I send this signed form back to? The owner trying to redeem or Jefferson County tax office?
